We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it out.

Size Exchanges

We understand that getting the right fit is important, especially for climbing shoes and technical gear.

We offer size exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in new condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Please review the categories below carefully before placing your order.

  • Climbing Safety Equipment: Harnesses, belay devices, quickdraws, helmets
  • Climbing Hardware: Carabiners, protection gear, and load-bearing equipment
  • Footwear (Used Condition): Climbing shoes, trail running shoes, and trekking shoes that show any signs of outdoor use
  • Headlamps & Electronics: Headlamps and electronic devices (unless covered by manufacturer warranty)
  • Hygiene Items: Chalk bags (if used), chalk-contaminated accessories, and similar items
  • Sale & Clearance Items: All discounted or final sale products

Items such as backpacks, gloves, trekking poles, shirts, and finger training gear may be eligible for return only if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within the 30-day window.

Product Issues & Defects

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Our team will review the case and assist you in coordinating with the brand or supplier for the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or other support depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

Please note that final decisions are subject to the brand’s official warranty terms.
